6. Acceptance Criteria

7. Change Management

  1. Change Requests: Any changes to the scope, timeline, or fees must be submitted in writing and approved by both parties.
  2. Impact Assessment: The Company will assess the impact of the change and provide a revised timeline and cost estimate.

8. Termination

  1. Termination for Cause: Either party may terminate this SOW for material breach upon 30 days’ written notice, provided the breach is not cured within the notice period.
  2. Termination for Convenience: Either party may terminate this SOW for any reason upon 60 days’ written notice.
  3. Effect of Termination: Upon termination, the Client must pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
